XXXII Provincial Chapter Recap
May 30: The Friars, with Father General Miguel Márquez Calle & definitor Fr. Martin Martinez, began their 32nd Provincial Chapter. Fr. General celebrated a Votive Mass of the Holy Spirit & Fr. Luis Castañeda was installed as provincial.
May 31: Fr. Martin Martinez, VI Definitor, celebrated Mass of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin. Fr. Gregory Ross and Fr. Jorge María Cabrera de la Eucaristía were appointed provincial councilors.
June 1: The Friars welcomed the Discalced Carmelite Nuns of the Semi-Province. After the meetings, the day concluded with a dinner at which Father General and Fr. Martin were presented with gifts to commemorate their visit.
The Friars continued their Chapter, meeting to review their Constitution - discussing their life and vocation.
The concluding week of Chapter was busy! Meetings with OCDS and Development Officer Paul Garro, along with Br. Vladimir's renewal of vows were just a few things that took place.
